the location is great. i was near everything but just out of the way of all the noise. food from the rooftop bar was tasty. the staff were helpful and lovely too.

I stayed three nights and found the staff helpful. They stored my bags after checkout. the hotel's location is really central, close to many cafes and the marina, perfect. my room felt spacious and the cleanliness really stood out, i must say. i definitely appreciated the ease of access to nearby spots.
the air conditioning in my room didn't seem to go below 24°c, a bit warm during the heatwave! though it wasn't unbearable.

the rooftop pool is shallow, about 40 cm deep, great for cooling off. the spa is complete, and it offers a good experience. it includes a plunge pool, and i found it really cold.

the staff were helpful, they allowed me to use the facilities after i had checked out. the reception staff were friendly and helpful too. their attention to detail did not go unnoticed.

The breakfast offered fresh pastries and fresh juice! it also included an english breakfast. the freshness and preparation were notable, i must say. It was the perfect start to the day.

the staff was friendly and very accommodating.
The room wasn't properly cleaned one day. I found hairs in the bathroom. also, the noise from nearby clubs. I could hear the music until early morning. the soundproofing wasn't adequate.

The location was great. Near everything but just out the way of all the hustle. The food from the rooftop bar was very tasty! Modern looking rooms were cleaned every day.
The pool is only 40 cm deep. It was perfect for us to cool off, though not great if you're looking for something deeper. The air con did not reach below 24°C. We were in the middle of a heatwave, so that may have affected it.

i appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel. housekeeping was very good daily. i also liked the spa facility.. it was quite relaxing. the location offered convenience, with many things within walking distance.
the rooftop bar needs some improvement regarding skills. bartenders need training and ingredients could be better. i also noticed a lack of refillable coffee, which surprised me. water was not unlimited either.
